I chose the history of the NHL because hockey is my favorite sport. I hope to teach everyone a litlle bit about the sport of hockey, like what year it was made, and how many teams there are.
The NHL was originally founded in 1917, after the AHL league was terminated, and by 1926 there were only ten teams, including the Boston Bruins. As World War II came around, the league was downsized to only six teams, otherwise known as the original six.
The point if this blog is to show you teams in the NHL that have been created, lost and the ultimate hockey stars.
